PAX Photos captures and stores photographs of youth athletes taken during games and league events. These images are:
Photos of minors are never used for advertising, marketing, or any commercial purpose without express written consent from a parent or legal guardian.
Our Service photographs youth athletes, many of whom are minors under the age of 13. We take this responsibility seriously and comply with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and applicable state laws.
The PAX Photos app is not intended for direct use by children under 13. Children under 13 do not create accounts. Access to photos is provided through a parent or guardian's account or via league-distributed download links.
Leagues that engage PAX Photos are responsible for obtaining appropriate consent from parents and guardians for photography of minor athletes as part of their league registration process. PAX Photos relies on this league-level consent for in-game photography conducted in public or semi-public settings.
Any parent or guardian may request the removal of photos of their child at any time by contacting us at the address below. We will process removal requests within 14 days.
We retain your account information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. You may request deletion of your account at any time.
Photographs are retained for two (2) seasons following the season in which they were captured, then permanently deleted. Leagues may request earlier deletion or extended archival retention in writing.
Anonymized usage statistics (with no personally identifiable information) may be retained indefinitely to improve the Service.
